We discovered some beautiful townhomes on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The Greens Hilton Head are very close to the beach. These 1, 2, and 3 bedroom villas are located across the street from the Crowne Plaza Resort. Being a homeowner here we'd be able to belong to the new oceanfront beach club and have direct beach access as well as golf, tennis and miles of leisure trails. There's also three 9-hole golf courses on the Plantation these reside on so golfing is practically right outside the front door! That alone was what sold me on them but my spouse liked the price range ($179k - $549k). If you're in the area give a look at The Greens Hilton Head while you're there.
